Supported Living / McCready Home

Supported Living is a community-based program of residential supports for about 24 individuals who live in their own homes or apartments in the McMinnville area. Based in our Baker Street Apartments, 4 staff work directly with the residents to assist with a number of different needs. These often include financial planning, menu planning, shopping, medical appointments, grooming, house cleaning, and other needs. The residents are able to have a very high degree of independence.

The McCready Home in Sherwood is home to 2 individuals in a unique supported living arrangement. The home, owned by one of the families, is staffed by Mid-Valley and offers a wonderful environment with family-style care.
