Opened in 1989, the Brooks Street Group Home serves 5 residents. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Southeast McMinnville, staff provides 24 hour services in a personal home setting. Residents’ private rooms are highly personalized.

Valley's Edge Homes
 

Valley's Edge consists of two 5 bedroom homes near the West edge of McMinnville.  The homes were specially designed for persons who are medically fragile.  They are completely accessible and have dozens of special features including extra-wide doors; spacious "roll-in" showers; whirlpool tubs; family friendly kitchen bar; sprinkler systems; covered patios; skylights; cathedral ceilings; commercial grade appliances; and many more.  The homes are Energy Star Certified.

  Cherry Heights Home  
  Mid-Valley's newest home, Cherry Heights, is located in the Dallas Cherry Heights sub-division.  This beautiful home serves 3 individuals who have medical challenges.  It is completely accessible.  With funding through the Comp 300 program, the home was purchased and renovated to suit the medical and support needs of these 3 individuals.
