Davis Street Apartments
Davis Street Apartments, which opened in April 2001, is a "tenant support" program for 9 residents. Tenant support means that the residents have the independence of living in their own apartments but also have the security of 24-hour staff support on the premises. Located at 5th and Davis Streets in McMinnville, this program is one of only a handful of its kind in the state.

Baker Street Apartments
Baker Street Apartments has six 1-bedroom and four 2-bedroom units. They are large and cheery with nice kitchens, appliances and storage space. All are 1 level and very accessible for persons with disabilities. This location in northeast McMinnville has many amenities nearby such as restaurants and shopping located nearby. Also, the Supported Living Program has its office located at this site.
